Headquartered in Ambala, Haryana, the company began its journey as Amar Suiting Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd. before rebranding to Amartex in 1998, marking its evolution into a full-scale, vertically integrated textile powerhouse.

The company operates 13 retail outlets under the brand name Amartex Family Mart across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh, offering affordable fashion for the entire family. In 2024, Amartex is expanding its reach through franchising, targeting regions like Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and four other key markets.
